Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Time Limits

  • Before Order Confirmation: Free cancellation anytime before we confirm your order
  • After Confirmation (Same Day Orders): Cancellation allowed up to 2 hours after confirmation
  • Next Day Orders: Cancellation allowed up to 8 PM the day before delivery
  • After Processing Begins: Cancellation may not be possible once order preparation starts

Return Policy

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Damaged or spoiled products at the time of delivery
  • Wrong items delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Missing items from your order
  • Quality issues with packaged goods
  • Expired or near-expiry products delivered

Return Time Limits

  • Fresh Produce: Report issues within 2 hours of delivery
  • Packaged Goods: Report issues within 24 hours of delivery
  • Frozen Items: Report issues immediately upon delivery
  • Non-perishable Items: Report issues within 48 hours

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service immediately
  2. Provide order details and reason for return
  3. Send photos of damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)
  4. Keep items in original packaging until pickup
  5. Our team will arrange pickup within 24 hours

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items consumed or used after delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper storage
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or special orders after preparation begins
  • Orders cancelled after delivery
