• Your business must comply with all applicable food safety and health regulations

Account Registration

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Ordering and Delivery

Delivery Terms

• Delivery is available within Chennai city limits
• Standard delivery time is 12-24 hours from order confirmation

• Someone must be available to receive the delivery during agreed hours

Quality and Returns

Quality Assurance

• We ensure products meet quality standards at the time of dispatch
• Fresh produce quality may vary due to natural factors
• Report quality issues within 2 hours of delivery for fresh items
• Report quality issues within 24 hours for packaged goods

Return Policy

• Returns accepted only for damaged or defective products
• Fresh produce returns must be reported immediately upon delivery

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Payment Terms

• Payment options include Cash on Delivery, UPI, NEFT, and business credit accounts

Intellectual Property

• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Business names and trademarks remain property of respective owners
• User-generated content may be used by us for service improvement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mikro Platforms shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Food spoilage due to improper storage after delivery
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
• Third-party actions or delivery partner performance
• Total liability limited to the value of the specific order in question

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemic restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.

Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship with notice:

• You may close your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• Outstanding payments remain due after termination
• Certain provisions survive termination (payment obligations, intellectual property)

Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication:

• Escalated disputes may be resolved through mediation
• Legal disputes subject to Chennai, Tamil Nadu jurisdiction
